Vous pouvez \u00ab jouer \u00e0 vous grandir \u00bb, puis \u00e0 vous d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibrer. \u00c0 genoux par exemple, contractez la ceinture abdominale, d\u00e9collez un genou et tentez de rester stable (photo 1).<\/p>\n<p>En quadrup\u00e9die (\u00ab \u00e0 quatre pattes \u00bb), l\u2019auto-grandissement sera alors horizontal. D\u00e9collez la main gauche ainsi que genou et pied droits. Gardez la posture quelques secondes sans vous d\u00e9stabiliser tout en respirant profond\u00e9ment.
